The starting point

As a natural stone servicing company, Floorcare has been helping both consumers and businesses maintain the look of their stone. Yet, their brand and online presence was in need of improvement.
With a clear focus on providing the best possible stone maintenance services, Floorcare has been spending a lot of time in optimising their team of experts and bettering their products, methods and techniques. With their eyes on the practical aspect of the business, their online presence was not receiving the same attention. With business booming, Floorcare contacted us to help bring their brand and online presence up to par with their immaculate offerings.

What we did

We’ve revamped Floorcare’s identity and build a brand spanking new website to help convert their visitors into long term clients.
We’ve created an identity that fits the company’s ‘straight to the point’ attitude. With bold colors that grab attention and a clean logo that can be slapped on all branded products and messaging, the brand now is as recognisable as the service they provide.

Although powerful, just their identity wouldn’t help in converting clients and creating customer relationships. For that reason we’ve also completely redesigned and build a new corporate website and filled it with brand new copy and corporate photography.

What it did

Floorcare’s face now better fits it’s actions. The new identity and website is connecting to consumers with conversions drastically improving.
Since launching, our team has been building the reach of the brand and website through a dedicated content strategy optimised for SEO. With a fastly growing income of organic traffic and increasing conversion rates, Floorcare has been generating more leads and rapidly expending their market share.
