Building a stronger internal community at Schiphol

Spot Schiphol, Schiphol’s internal community platform, had long connected employees with offers, events, and activities. However, it was in need of a modern redesign. Schiphol enlisted us to create a fresh, user-friendly design to better serve their community.

We focused on creating a user-friendly experience that fosters engagement and connection. By reimagining the platform’s design, we ensured it reflected the dynamic, fast-paced environment of Schiphol while making it easy for employees to access the offers and activities that matter most to them.

What we did

Enhancing engagement through intuitive design

We designed an intuitive interface for Spot Schiphol that makes it easy and enjoyable for employees to engage with their internal community. The design focuses on vibrant visuals and streamlined navigation, offering quick access to offers, events, and other activities.

By emphasizing user experience, we ensured that employees can seamlessly interact with the platform. Additionally, a custom WordPress theme allows the internal team to independently manage the site’s content, ensuring it stays relevant and up-to-date for years to come.
